stayed here before in Dundee and this time At The River blew me away! Beautiful cottage, great location near the beach and restaurants. Everything was spotless, loved the kitchen and Netflix on the TV. Exceptionally quiet, perfect for relaxing. So impressed!

We had a pleasant stay at this hidden gem. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had a great location near the beach and local amenities. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the cottage was clean and quiet. We particularly enjoyed the lovely bath and shower. I would recommend staying here.

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a charming cottage tucked away behind the terraced houses. The location was quiet and the neighbors were incredibly friendly, offering helpful local tips. The cottage itself was well-equipped, even providing hot water bottles! The decor was lovely, and both the kitchen and lounge were comfortable and functional. The cottage had excellent heating control, and the outside seating area was perfect for enjoying the September sun.

the decor was impressive and I especially loved the cozy and functional kitchen and lounge. It was so easy to control the heating and keep the cottage warm, especially when we closed the hallway access door. the outside seating area at the door was perfect for enjoying the September sunshine. the location was fantastic, close to the beach and a variety of pubs and restaurants. the cottage had excellent kitchen facilities and the TV even had Netflix and Amazon for entertainment. It was exceptionally clean and surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. the bath and shower were also lovely. it was a stunning property with attention to detail. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way! 🌟.

The check-out time of 10:00 AM feels a bit early, leaving guests with a rushed departure.

I also loved the fact that the TV had Netflix and Amazon, allowing me to relax and unwind with my favorite shows. The bath and shower were a delight, offering a luxurious experience. I highly recommend At The River for a fantastic getaway.
While my stay was fantastic, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. The mattress on the bed was comfortable, but it creaked a lot and felt a bit unstable at times.

As older guests, we really appreciated the comfortable and functional kitchen and lounge. The heating system was easy to control and kept the cottage warm. The outside seating area at the door was perfect for enjoying the September sun. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities.
Felt like a fairy tale escape, no reason to complain.

We got amazing value for our money at At The River! The room was beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and the location was perfect – so close to the beach and within walking distance to pubs and restaurants. The staff treated us like royalty, making our stay even better.
The breakfast could have been improved with a few more fresh fruit options.
